Dressed like a total g-ma and I’m looooving it! Snagged this gorgeous blouse (you can totes shop a similar one here) right before our London/Ireland trip because I thought it’d be a really pretty staple top to add to the suitcase. Of course, I forgot to bring it with, because packing for Europe is always the most stressful, but I finally dug it out of the closet and styled it up for a day at the office last week. It also turn out to be one of the warmest afternoons we’ve had in a long, long time, so that dramatic high neck and gorgeous long sleeves ended up being way too warm. Uncomfortable warm. Went home and changed kind of warm. Isn’t that always the way?!

That skirt looks beautiful on you Alicia! Granny chic is the way to go! Whenever I’m shopping, I find I’m drawn to granny-approved styles here and there. Heck, if my grandma likes it too then that’s a bonus right?! I also loved the addition of the red booties! Keep up the awesome style Alicia 🙂
Yaaaas, Kate! So glad you’re with me on this. G-ma style for life. Thanks so much xo
Beautiful pictures.

You are totally rocking that outfit! Love the high neck and lace detailing. And packing for Europe is always so stressful! Why?!?

Seriously, really glad you agree with me on the packing for Europe thing. Maybe it’s that extra pressure to look put together while maintaining tourist comfort and planning for the unpredictable weather? Anyway, thank you so much xoxo
