There are the days I wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed, and then there are those mornings I hit snooze as many times as possible. And on those extra exhausted occasions, if there is ever a way for me to wear leggings as pants (in a respectable way, of course) then my goodness, I’ll take it! This outfit hits maximum levels of comfort and was the perfect ensemble for some cozy fall activities. Get the links to shop the look below!
I had a really fun jam packed weekend full of social gatherings. Was really nice to catch up with friends and family, many of whom I hadn’t seen since the wedding! It’s tough having so many trips planned in a row with such a large workload always looming. Balancing time isn’t exactly my strong suit lately. I’m happy to have today to finally catch up on cleaning the apartment and unpacking/doing laundry. I know, when did life become SO exciting, right?
One thing that always re-energizes me for the week is having great conversation and fits of giggles with my closest pals. Things discussed included things such as, why bad coffee happens to good brunch spots. How time and space work in Insterstellar. Matt Damon. Jim Jeffrie’s comedy show. Why the best interior decor websites are American. Similarly, why it has to cost so darn much to ship to Canada. Ryan Adam’s cover of Taylor Swift’s 1989 album. As well as two days worth of other great conversation with some of my favourite human beings aka the best way to spend a weekend!

Ah, Ryan Adams’ cover of 1989! So good!! I totally know the snooze feeling. Hair up, comfy clothes are always my go-to for those days.
