Camel + Pony

If I’m being completely honest, I’m laying in “bed” right now (which is actually just a couch, this is what happens when you crash for free at your parent’s rental apartment) spending my second evening in Palm Springs snuggled up with American Netflix. On a very dangerous binge of The Great British Bake Off Season 1 and we’re onto bread week and I’m so understanding why everyone is obsessed with this show! This has nothing to do with my outfit, but I felt compelled to confess this to you anyway.

If we’re to discuss pony and camel, it’s far less about real animals, and much more about how a camel coloured coat and a pony hair cross body bag came together to make an all black ensemble just a tad more exciting. I had to bargain with someone for this bag at the leather market in Florence, but I sure am glad that I did! It’s definitely going to be a favourite this season. As is this entire look because let’s face it, all black and a statement coat is THE way to go. Wouldn’t you agree?!
